Who you are agreeing with

These terms are between you and the operator of Bee Hive ("we", "us"). By installing or playing Bee Hive you agree to them. They are not with Apple, Google or our payment partner; we are solely responsible for the game and its content.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play Bee Hive for your own non-commercial use, in line with the rules of the store or browser you play it in. You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse-engineer or decompile the game, except where that restriction is prohibited by law. The game, its characters, artwork, levels and code remain our property or that of our licensors.

Your account

The game creates a player account for you automatically and keeps your progress on our servers. On iPhone you can link it to Sign in with Apple and on Android to Google, to play on another device; you are responsible for keeping access to the account you link. In the browser, the account belongs to that browser and its site data. One account per player; accounts may not be sold or transferred.

Coins, items and purchases

Bee Hive is free to play and offers optional one-time purchases: coin packs, bundles, season passes and No Ads. There are no subscriptions. Prices are shown before you buy.

• Virtual items. Coins, boosters, lives and other in-game items are a licence to use content inside the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to another player or another game.
• Season passes unlock the premium rewards of the season that is running when you buy; they end with that season.
• On iPhone and Android payment is charged to your Apple or Google account, and refunds are given by Apple or Google under their policies.
• In the browser the order is handled by our payment partner, who acts as reseller and handles payment, invoicing and refunds under the buyer terms shown at checkout. To request a refund, use the link in your purchase receipt email or contact us via the support page.
• Consumers in the EU. When you buy, the items are delivered to your account immediately. You agree to that immediate delivery and acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content is lost once delivery has begun. Your statutory rights if the purchase is faulty are unaffected.

If something you bought did not arrive, tell us through the support page with your player ID and we will look into it.

Fair play and team chat

Play the game as intended. Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use modified clients or automation, interfere with the game's servers, or bypass a purchase or age check. In team chat, be decent: no harassment, hate, sexual content, spam or sharing anyone's personal information. Chat is checked for abuse, and we may remove messages and mute or ban accounts that break these rules.

Children and parents

Bee Hive is a general-audience game. If a child plays, their parent or guardian accepts these terms on their behalf and is responsible for purchases made on their device.

Availability and changes

We keep developing the game: we may add, change or retire levels, events, items and features, and adjust the game's balance. We aim to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Apple App Store and Google Play

For the version obtained from the Apple App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. These terms are between you and us only, not Apple. The licence above is limited to Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the game, for its maintenance and support, and for any claim relating to it, including product liability, legal or regulatory conformity, consumer protection and intellectual property claims. If the game fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price; Apple has no other warranty obligation. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo and are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. For the version obtained from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service apply in addition to these terms.

No warranty

The game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties. Nothing here limits the statutory rights of a consumer under mandatory law, including the EU rules on the conformity of digital content.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost profits, arising from your use of the game. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the game in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

Termination

You can end this agreement at any time by deleting your account (Settings → Delete account). We may suspend or close an account that materially breaches these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive — licence restrictions, warranty disclaimers, liability limits and governing law — survive termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and the courts of Estonia have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there.
